1 sheet ( roll ) of Puff Pastry




1 ( 6oz.) Panko Italian Seasoning Bread Crumbs or/




regular Italian seasoned bread crumbs.




2 Eggs / beaten - 1 for inside the potatoes-




the other egg for brushing on top.




10 large Russet Potatoes / peeled and cubed




12 strips of Turkey Bacon / or regular Bacon - fat drained
1 1/2 cups of shredded Cheddar Cheese




1 1/2 cups of shredded Mozzarella Cheese




1 red Bell Pepper/ diced finely
2 - 3 Celery Sticks / diced finely
1/2 cup of each chopped - Parsley / Dill / Persian Chives
1 roasted ready from a jar Red Bell Pepper
6 -7 Garlic Cloves / gadded
2 large Shallots / diced finely
1/2 cup of any type of pickled Olives you like/
I used the green pitted ones.
3/4 stick Butter / melted
1 to 2 Tbs. Capers/optional
1 - 2 Tbs. Salt / for the water to cook the potatoes in ONLY!
Black Pepper to taste
1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
