Zesty Herbal Cheese Kalamata Olive Ring & Loaf
INGREDIENTS...
ATTENTION !!!!
You can use straight All Purpose Flour or Bread Flour.
UP TO YOU 😉
Dough ...
3 1/2 c All Purpose Flour/ sifted
1 c Bread Flour / sifted
3 Tbsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp. Dry Instant Yeast
1 1/4 c almost warm Water ( 90* to 110*)
Vegetable Oil to mix in dough and for coating the mixing bowl.

Add the flours in your mixing bowl , and add the salt ,sugar, and mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
While machine operating ,start very slowly and gradually adding the warm water until it forms a soft dough. Don't forget while mixing to scrape the sides of your bowl and stop the machine to scrape the dough off the paddle period and mix again. This meeting process should take about 7 minutes on low speed Non-Stop.
Don't do less! or else the dough will not come out flaky.
Once the kneading process is done, lightly flour the surface of your bored. Gently turn over the dough on your work space and spread it out with your fingers and palm. Use 2 tablespoons of olive oil and sprinkle on top and start kneading, until all the olive oil is absorbed thoroughly into the dough.
This process should take 5 minutes of kneading by hand.
Grease with olive oil your mixing bowl thoroughly, and place your dough into the bowl, and cover with Saran Wrap and with a heavy kitchen towel and place in a warm place , like inside of your oven or in your microwave oven, for about one and a half hours to 2 hours. Or until it rises and doubles in size.

Other INGREDIENTS for the filling ...

4Tbsp. Butter / melted & brush
1/2 c real Parmesan Cheese /dry
1/2 c Fresh Parmesan Cheese/ grated
1/2 c real yellow and white Cheddar Cheese / bag
Garlic Cloves / as much as you like.I love Garlic so there was plenty in mine 😅😅
1 c Kalamata Olives / these our lives are so delicious yet very salty. If you like soak them in ice cold water for about 15 minutes to get rid of some of this off so the feeling will not be too salty.

DIRECTIONS:

Lightly sprinkle with flour the workspace.
Divide the dough in 2 equal parts.
Using your fingers and palms, spread out the dough to the size 19" x 9" approximately. If for any reason you are having problems putting the dog out use very little vegetable oil on your palms to spread the dough out.
Using your rubber brush or any type of baking brush, brush the top with the melted butter evenly.
Now is time for you to follow the pictures below to put on the fillings . The cheese and the greens.
You can follow my designs, or make your own.
Make any shape or any type you like,
it's up to you.
Place in greased pans, and again cover with kitchen towel, and let rest to rise the 2nd time.
Anywhere between 1/2 hour to 1 hour.

IMPORTANT STEP!!!
This second Rise is very very crucial.
Do not forget to let the dough to rise the second time, before baking.

Pre-heat your oven on 350 Fahrenheit.
With olive oil , grease your pans.
I prefer always to bake my breads and loaves always in a glass pans,
because I can see all around and the bottom and sides, when it is baking.
This way it always comes out perfect in color and in flavor. Bake for between 40 to 45 minutes on the middle shelf of your oven, according to each individual's oven's heat.
After it is finished baking, place the loaves on a wire rack to cool off.
You can eat it while it's freshly out of the oven which we all did LOL we could not resist the smell anymore and it was out of this world Simply Delicious.
Or !! you can let it cool off and serve it like that. Now these loaves, the way I have made them is so nice , all you do is just pull apart LOL I hope you guys will enjoy and please leave me your comments 😁
