Footage of my final sets (load & deload sets). This is my first chest & biceps day focusing on incline movements; the second being one that focuses on decline movements. The workout went as follows;
Incline dumbbell press - 1 loading set - 1 deload set
Seated hammer strength press - 1 loading set
Incline flys - 1 loading set - 1 deload set
Pec dec - 1 loading set - 1 deload set
EZ-bar curls - 3 loading sets
EZ-bar cable curls - 3 loading sets
