❣ NUTTY FRUITY YOGURT MARBLE CAKE ❣

Ingredients...

BATTER

2 -1/2 cups all-purpose flour /Keep aside 1/4 cup of flour to mix later with the dates,raisins and walnuts.
3 Tbsp. Dry milk ( regular flavor coffee creamer )
1 cup unsalted butter /softened
2 cups sugar
3 large eggs
1 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
10 large Dates or more / coated in flour.
1/2 c Carrots / grated thinly
1/2 c lightly roasted Walnuts
14 c or more Raisins of any type.
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 or 2 drops of natural orange food coloring / optional
3 Tbsp. Cocoa powder mixed with
1 1/2 c of the batter in sepperate bowl to make the chocolate batter.
Hot water for soaking raisins.

For the topping - Sugar Icing

1/2 box powdered sugar
Few Tbsp. Of water to thin out.
Make sure you don't like it or too thick or too thin.
Martini Cherries cut in 1/2
4 to 5 whole walnuts for decoration for two of cake.

Directions...

1. Preheat oven 325F

Place parchment paper on the bottom of 12" Bunt-Pan and spray lightly with cooking spray or, generously grease a 12" Bunt-Pan with unsalted butter and coat it with of flour. Then turn pan over and get rid of the excess flour. Tap pan lightly to this.

2.In a small bowl place your 1/4 c flour and mix in your raisins,walnuts and dates, and coat them lightly.
Set aside.

3.Sift and mix together flour ( 2 &1/4 cup) baking soda and salt.
Set aside.

4.Using hand electric mixer on a medium speed,beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
5.Add eggs,one at a time,mixing well after each addition.Add and mix vanilla .
6.Gradually add flour mixture,alternating with yogurt.Mix until well blended.
7.Take out 1 1/2 c batter ,place in a small bowl and add cocoa, mix gently with spatula.
8.Add 1 to 2 drops food coloring and mix well. NOW add in your rasins,walnuts,carrots,and dates, and fold in gently.
9. Sprinkle some walnuts on bottom of cake pan.
Pour the batter into prepared pan,spreading evenly.
Wiggle with spoon your chocolate batter on top, and with a knife make your design.
8. Bake in preheated oven at 325*F for 60 minutes,or until a tooth pick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
9. Cool cake in pan for over rack for 20 minutes .Then take out the cake from pan carefullyby flipping over, transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
10.make your sugar icing and design the top,add in the cherries and walnuts.
Cover and keep in fridge.
